Hey all!
We’ve been hard at work these last few months and have some awesome things to show for it!
Fistly however, we need to address the elephant in the room: the website. You may have noticed that our sites been down for awhile, unfortunatly we ran into a problem with the site locking us out and preventing us from using it for anything. We finally fixed that issue, but we ended up having to completely nuke the original site and start over again. We did change a few things for the better, namely our ettinsoft logo and mascot, both of which are now looking quite snazzy! We’re hoping that everything goes smoothly from this point moving forward.
So now that thats out of the way: The Game!
Cirque Interstallar: Killer Clowns Reborn is looking, sounding, and feeling LOADS better!
In the looks department we added cool things such as: bullet casings that eject when you shoot, a reload animation (just for visuals, you still wont need to actually reload), floor lights, better looking ground windows, more space backgrounds, gun barrel smoke, an entire rehaul to the shading and lighting system, badass new screen effects when you do certain things, and many other things.
An entire plathura of new sounds including: bullet casings hitting the ground, magazines hitting the ground, new weapon sounds, new player voices (not added in the game yet..), laser shots splashing on the walls, cool looking effect when you launch and exit the game, and various other wicked sounds!
The feeling of the game has changed quite a lot as well such as: a new health system, new enemy variants, new levels, bug fixes, and many other minor tweaks to the mechanics!
Other than work on the game my brother and I have also found ourselves getting caught up in the holiday preparations, we’re definitely finding ourselves pretty busy this month.
We’re very excited to share more with you guys as our work progresses, love you all and we hope you find Cirque Interstellar just as awesome as we do!
