Ello there you fantastic Creatures!
So as of last month we started doing monthly challenges in the Discord that we are dubbing: The Ettinjam. These challenges will consist of art competitions, writing competitions, and whatever else competitions either us or community members think of as time goes on.
This last months contest was an art competition to draw the Mad Slasher in our game Circus Interstellar, and the results were wonderful!
While some of our contestants did do more than 1 drawing, the rule states that only 1 of those drawings could be chosen by the creator to go into the competition. However, I’ll go ahead and share all of the drawings regardless.
So without further ado…
Entry 1
Starting it off with a bang was Impa’s 2 drawings of a very concerningly creepy Slasher who has obviously been keeping himself busy and a gender swap of our beloved scary bastard sporting some rather uncomfortable looking high heels!
Entry 2
Next in line is Kits reimagining of a very jolly and “sharp dressed” Slasher donning a sweet looking hat and a gender swap version whom, with the addition of a bandit mask, looks like she may be about to summon forth Robin Hoods merry men.
Entry 3
Following that act is Doc with their spooktacular, quite mad looking, blade armed bozo! Looks like he just finished relieving a fellow Cosmonaut of his life blood and is looking to do the same to you… Although I’d be more worried about the serrated edges on his female counterpart!
Entry 4
Sliding in next is Mage with a very intense looking slasher who is no doubt in the middle of chasing down some unfortunate sod. The pose he’s striking sure is sharp! (lol)
Entry 5
Just when we thought we had seen all of the entries, Saecrow surprised us with a slasher who appears to be stalking you on the other side of that bulkhead! Don’t think I’d open that door…just saying.
Entry 6
Cutting it close at the end of the month was Joel_Ramirez with a very scary looking blueprint breakdown of our Crusty old fiend! That face will now be burned into my brain for years to come!
There was one more entry that came in late, and sadly, wasn’t included in the voting…
However, show it to you all at the end of this blog, but for now…
*dramatic suspense*
After much debating and horseplay…the winner of January’s Ettinjam was…
*Drum roll*
Doc with their female Mad Slasher!!!
The winner received signed physical drawings made by Stephan and I, and everyone who participated in the Ettinjam will have their art put into Super Circus Interstellar as a collectable item!
Everyone wins! YAY!! 😀
Here is one more late entry that would have been sweet to see amongst the other contestants, but is awesome none the less!

This one is from Lazy_Warlock’s whom designed a very creative absolute nightmare fuel of a Slasher, who looks to be straight out of one of my favorite classic horror movies!
Terrifying.
Metal as fuck.
That just about does it for January’s Monster Mash!
We cant wait to see what you all whip up for February, where this months goal will be to draw our beloved Pin-Head!
